Major Flag Football is expanding. We’re recruiting Operators to run local programs with our brand, tools, and support.
Operator Opportunities
- Cheer Program Operator – Build a dedicated cheer program for game day.
- Girls Flag Football Operator – Launch and lead a fast-growing sport for girls.
- Men’s League Operator – Organize adult rec leagues.
- Competitive Flag Operator – Tryouts, travel, elevated experience.
- Regional Operator – Choose 1–2 high schools and run local leagues.
- Tackle Partner Operator – Weeknight 7-on-7 reps during tackle practices (skills positions).
- Officials Coordinator – Recruit, train, and schedule referees across sites.
What You Get
- Brand, website, registration support & templates
- Uniform package: 1 shirt + 1 shorts per athlete
- Game gear: flags & 2 footballs per team of ~10
- Optional equipment lease: down markers, pylons, portable scoreboards
- Season media kit for marketing (graphics + copy)
Your Role
- Recruit athletes, coaches, volunteers
- Run game day: fields, refs, chains/scoreboard, set-up/tear-down
- Communicate with families; publish schedules & updates
Money at a Glance
- Standard Flag: Families pay ~$120/athlete → You keep ~$90 after a $30/athlete fee to MFF.
- Competitive Flag: Families pay ~$350/athlete → You keep ~$280 after a $70/athlete fee to MFF.
- Insurance not included. Officials $15–$25/hr, field paint ≈ $440/mo. Marketing is $200–$300 for the season (not per athlete).
- Optional equipment lease from MFF: down markers $80, pylons $80, scoreboards $80, or bundle for $200 per season.
Also Hiring
- Officials ($15–$25/hr). Training provided. Great for high school & college students.
- Site Leads (College-aged) – Manage Saturday operations.
