MaJOR FLAG FOOTBALl LEAGUE

Youth Flag Football in Salt Lake City

Major Flag Football is a youth 6-on-6 flag football league serving families in Millcreek, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Murray, Sugar House, the Olympus area, the Skyline area, and greater Salt Lake City.

Our league gives kids more chances to throw, catch, run, pull flags, build confidence, and learn the game in a fun, competitive environment.

Why Families Choose Major Flag Football

More Touches. More Reps. More Confidence.

Our 6-on-6 format keeps players involved. With fewer players on the field, kids get more opportunities to touch the football, make plays, and develop real football skills.

Built for Younger Players

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade teams use a coach quarterback so young players can focus on routes, spacing, catching, flag pulling, and learning the game.

Player Quarterbacks Starting in 3rd Grade

Beginning in 3rd Grade, players take over at quarterback and begin developing passing, decision-making, timing, and leadership.

Competitive, But Still Fun

Major Flag Football includes scores, standings, and championship games while keeping the focus on sportsmanship, development, teamwork, and community.
